"Wow what can I say, both Phil and Agnieska were the perfect hosts and Victoria the yoga coach were just superb, I was unsure of the experience as it was the first yoga retreat I had been on, but I couldn't have left more welcome and inclusive.
Structural sessions but not rigid, day trips during the day with all the group and Phil made us all feel so welcome and inclusive.
Victoria was amazing about letting us open up and so compassionate, would truly recommend and hopefully booking my next trip, also Phil's son James is a 22 year old with social skills as 51 year old .
I had such a lovely week away and can't wait for the next trip."
