Victoria Amore

Victoria is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and shamanic Sound Healer based in London, and runs a global online portal. Victorias teaching methods fuse formal training with her intuition, her understanding of the Cosmos. Her passion is bringing people together to learn spiritual practices, so that we can experience abundant energy, mental clarity, freedom in the body, enhanced intuition and the courage to be authentically you.

Agnieszka

Agnieszka has a passion for nutrition and wellbeing with a desire to combine, in a natural way health and beauty, inside and out. As a result she has become a practitioner in facial reflexology, facial lift massage, Reiki and sound therapy. Agnieszka’s treatments blend leading techniques with her natural empathy and perception of what the clients requires to leave you feeling refreshed, replenished and help regulate the functionality of the entire body, while enabling deep relaxation. Treatments are design to improve and balance the energy flow to allow the body rejuvenation and self healing.

Phil

Phil started Yoga following several major injuries to help rehabilitation. Since that time he has been a regular practitioner and has enjoyed the holistic benefits of Yoga as well as the physical. Now looking to deepen his practice, make new connections and share the Yoga Life Journeys experience with the team and guests.

Ella

Ella has been practicing yoga for 15 years and completed her Teacher Training at Sangye Yoga School, later apprenticing under Cat Alip-Douglas for an immersive mentorship that transformed her teaching. She has also studied Yin with Norman Blair.

Her classes reflect her practice and the teachings from her mentors. In her dynamic classes she emphasises breath and offers hands-on assists. Incorporating pranayama, asana, philosophical inquiry and meditation techniques.

Ella believes in breath-led teaching, ensuring that all she shares is rooted in her own practice. In both her Yin and dynamic classes, she invites students to deepen their mind-body connection, moving the body to calm the mind. Her goal is to help students feel more grounded, present, and confident, in order to foster awareness both on and off the mat.
